Cafegency Insurance is an independent insurance company licensed in the State of North Carolina, based in Greensboro. We work with multiple licensed carriers and are not owned or exclusively appointed by any single carrier.

By submitting a form on this Site with your telephone number, you expressly consent to receive telephone calls, text messages (SMS/MMS), and emails from Cafegency Insurance, its agents, and its service providers — including calls and messages generated by automatic telephone dialing systems, artificial or prerecorded voices, and automated marketing platforms — at the phone number(s) and email address(es) you provide, even if that number is on a state or federal Do Not Call list.

10. Binding Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or communications you receive from Cafegency Insurance shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and held in Guilford County, North Carolina, or by video/telephone at your election. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding.

You and Cafegency each agree to bring disputes only in an individual capacity and waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. If any portion of this Section is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
